On December 1, 2025, DOL ETA published Training and Employment Guidance Letter (TEGL) 23-19, Change 3: Guidance for Validating Required Performance Data Submitted by Grant Recipients of U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) Workforce Programs, to provide information to grant recipients of DOL workforce programs to use in developing procedures for ensuring the data submitted for performance reporting are valid and reliable.
This webinar will discuss the data validation framework, summarize the guidance in TEGL 23-19 Change 3, and introduce technical assistance tools related to data validation.
