Grant performance is assessed annually based on the final performance data at the conclusion of each program year.
This webcast provides an overview of the process for assessing a grant’s performance. It discusses the data sources used to adjust goals and how aggregate performance is calculated. Additionally, it will discuss the corrective action and compliance assistance required if a grantee fails to meet the performance level goals for the core measures.
