SCSEP Reporting through the Workforce Integrated Performance System (WIPS)
About
The Workforce Integrated Performance System (WIPS) is an ETA-operated reporting tool used to calculate grantee performance.
WIPS facilitates the reporting of the quarterly performance report, or QPR, and the quarterly narrative report, or QNR. These are grantee-level reports so one QNR and one QPR is due per grantee. Sub-grantees are not required to submit an individual report.
Grantee Administrators in the Grantee Performance Management System (GPMS) are the authorized users who will submit and certify these reports quarterly.
- The QNR is submitted directly via WIPS.
- The QPR is generated in GPMS and then reviewed and certified in WIPS.
