About

Alphabet soup symbolizes an abundance of abbreviations or acronyms commonly used in our daily work. We often assume that everyone understands them, but in reality they can be meaningless without context. Too often this leads to the question, “What does that mean?"

We certainly have been on both sides of the conversation and either way - it can be frustrating.

Effective communication with colleagues and partners, as well as among ourselves, demands that we understand the contents of this 'soup.'
