Equitable Distribution is a key component of the Senior Community Service Employment Program, and it ensures that every eligible individual in a state has an equal chance of enrolling in SCSEP. Annually, SCSEP grantees report on their progress towards an equitable distribution of program positions by county. This webinar will provide an overview of Equitable Distribution and its relevance to managing performance and improving service delivery. Attendees will also leave with the knowledge of how to access and analyze Equitable Distribution reports in SCSEP-GPMS. And, information will be provided on Equitable Distribution reporting guidelines and expectations.
