ETA anticipates that returning Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) National grantees who apply in the 2024 competition will be eligible for this additional evaluation component. This webinar provides an overview as well as an opportunity to provide feedback on the planned evaluation.
Returning National SCSEP grantees are encouraged to attend this webinar to learn more about and provide feedback on the anticipated Evaluation on Sector-Based Occupational Skills Training for Low-Income Older Adults. ETA is seeking input from prospective applicants about their interest in participating in the study, including feedback on the feasibility of conducting a randomized controlled trial study to measure the impact of a SCSEP program focused on sector/industry-specific occupational training compared to traditional SCSEP services, and its effect on unsubsidized employment and earnings.
